English language practice
All English learners can be divided into two categories - theorists and practitioners. The first ones firmly believe that mastering English is an effortless process. Just watch movies, listen to podcasts or take an express course and in six months time you will be speaking good English.
The second have a different view. They are sure that practice is the key element of successful communication in English. Moreover, practitioners do not really believe in grammar, claiming that it’s not that necessary for speaking. For practitioners, vocabulary is much more important, or to be exact, the proficiency of using it.
You have probably heard that speaking a foreign language is just a skill, like riding a bike or driving a car. A skill, as you know, requires training, in case of English - practice.
What would you say? Is practice really important for learning English?
